Site security & ANPR
Every vehicle through the gate logged with a readable plate. Out-of-hours alerts only. Installed at site set-up, decommissioned — or moved to your next site — at handover.
How it works →Gate ANPR and site CCTV for the duration of your build — one fixed monthly price, moved to your next compound when you're done. And new-build pre-wire packages quoted per plot, so your QS gets one clean number per house type. Marlow-based, working across Maidenhead, Henley and the Thames Valley. RAMS, DPIA and signage handled.
Every vehicle through the gate logged with a readable plate. Out-of-hours alerts only. Installed at site set-up, decommissioned — or moved to your next site — at handover.
How it works →Structured cabling, comms enclosure, AP and CCTV positions run while the walls are open — fixed price per plot type, repeated across the development.
What's in a package →Builders, electricians, architects and designers: fixed per-plot figures you can drop straight into your own tenders, and an engineer who turns up when the programme says.
Work with us →Sub-contractor billing disputes, RAMS compliance, H&S audits, insurance claims, out-of-hours gate breaches — all of it gets argued from memory and a half-filled-in paper log. Gate ANPR and a handful of well-placed cameras end the argument: timestamped footage and a searchable vehicle log, recorded on your kit in a lockable site cabinet.
Workplace ANPR is personal-data processing, which means ICO registration, a Data Protection Impact Assessment, compliant signage and a retention policy. We draft the DPIA, supply the signs, and hand over a one-page "what we record, how long for, who can see it" sheet for your H&S file — it's part of the install package, not an extra.
Buyers of a new home in Marlow, Henley or Maidenhead expect Wi-Fi that works in every room, CCTV that doesn't trail cables down the render, and a house that's ready for whatever they plug in next. The only cheap moment to make that true is first fix. We design and install the low-voltage layer so your electrician can get on with their own package.
A lot of our work arrives through other trades. If technology keeps appearing on your projects and you'd rather hand it to someone who owns it end-to-end, this is the arrangement.
Fixed per-plot pre-wire figures for your tenders, site security for your compounds, and an engineer who turns up when the programme says — first fix, second fix, commissioning.
We design the low-voltage layer and hand you clear containment and first-fix drawings — pull the runs yourself and we terminate, test and commission, or we do the lot and stay out of your way.
Connectivity, CCTV and smart-home provision specified properly at design stage — positions, containment and enclosures on the drawings before anyone's on site, without cloud lock-in for your client.
Sub-contract to you or direct to your client, whichever suits the job. Your client stays yours — we don't market to them, and referrals flow both ways. One conversation to set it up.
Site-specific risk assessments and method statements, issued before we arrive. Public liability insurance in place — certificate available for your records on request.
For any site ANPR or workplace CCTV we draft the Data Protection Impact Assessment, supply compliant signage and document the retention policy as part of the package.
Founded by a Royal Marines Information Systems veteran who built networks where failure wasn't an option. Tidy work, labelled runs, tested and documented — every time.
Every install ships with as-built documentation, test results and a plain-English runbook. Any competent engineer could pick our work up cold — you're never locked to us.
Yes — that's the normal arrangement. We install at site set-up, you pay a fixed monthly price for the duration of the programme, and at the end we either decommission the kit or move it straight to your next site. Multi-site builders run the same system from compound to compound.
All the time. On pre-wire jobs we issue first-fix drawings and containment requirements so your electrician can pull alongside their own runs if preferred, or we do the pull ourselves and stay out of their way. Either way we terminate, test and certify every run, and we fit around the build programme — first fix before plasterboard, second fix at decoration.
We quote a fixed price per plot type from your drawings — one figure for each house type covering cabling, containment, comms enclosure, access points and any CCTV or door-entry pre-wire. The same figure then repeats across every plot of that type, so your QS can put a clean number in the cost plan without re-quoting each unit.
We do, as part of the install package. Workplace CCTV with ANPR needs ICO registration, a Data Protection Impact Assessment, compliant signage and a retention policy. We draft the DPIA, supply the signage, and hand over a one-page record of what's recorded, for how long, and who can see it — ready for your H&S file.
As-built documentation: labelled and tested cable runs, a network diagram, camera schedules, credentials, and a plain-English handover pack — per plot on developments. Nothing is locked to us; any competent engineer could pick the system up from the pack alone.
Yes. We produce site-specific risk assessments and method statements for every job, and we carry public liability insurance — certificates and RAMS are available for your records before we arrive on site. If your procurement process needs anything else, ask and we'll sort it.
Based in Marlow — we work across Marlow, Maidenhead, Henley-on-Thames, Beaconsfield, Bourne End, Cookham and High Wycombe, and the rest of the Thames Valley by arrangement. See where we work.
