For builders, developers & site managers

Site security & pre-wire, priced for the programme.

Gate ANPR and site CCTV for the duration of your build — one fixed monthly price, moved to your next compound when you're done. And new-build pre-wire packages quoted per plot, so your QS gets one clean number per house type. Marlow-based, working across Maidenhead, Henley and the Thames Valley. RAMS, DPIA and signage handled.

For the build

Site security & ANPR

Every vehicle through the gate logged with a readable plate. Out-of-hours alerts only. Installed at site set-up, decommissioned — or moved to your next site — at handover.

New-build pre-wire

Structured cabling, comms enclosure, AP and CCTV positions run while the walls are open — fixed price per plot type, repeated across the development.

Site security & ANPR

Who was on site, when — without the clipboard.

Sub-contractor billing disputes, RAMS compliance, H&S audits, insurance claims, out-of-hours gate breaches — all of it gets argued from memory and a half-filled-in paper log. Gate ANPR and a handful of well-placed cameras end the argument: timestamped footage and a searchable vehicle log, recorded on your kit in a lockable site cabinet.

The commercial model

  • Installed at site set-up — gate ANPR, yard and perimeter coverage, recorder in a lockable cabinet, 4G failover until your fixed line goes in.
  • One fixed monthly price for the duration — kit, monitoring config and support in a single figure your QS can put in the prelims. No per-camera surprises.
  • End of programme, your choice — we decommission, or we move the system straight to your next compound. Multi-site builders run the same setup site after site under one arrangement.

What the site manager gets

  • A daily presence report — vehicles on site and when, auto-emailed at the end of the working day.
  • Searchable history — every visit by plate, with clips and timestamps, in seconds.
  • Out-of-hours alerts only — quiet during the working day, a buzz for movement at the gate after the site closes.
  • One phone dashboard — iOS and Android, two-factor, no public ports opened.

The legal bit, handled

Workplace ANPR is personal-data processing, which means ICO registration, a Data Protection Impact Assessment, compliant signage and a retention policy. We draft the DPIA, supply the signs, and hand over a one-page "what we record, how long for, who can see it" sheet for your H&S file — it's part of the install package, not an extra.

New-build pre-wire

Run it before the plasterboard — or pay three times as much after.

Buyers of a new home in Marlow, Henley or Maidenhead expect Wi-Fi that works in every room, CCTV that doesn't trail cables down the render, and a house that's ready for whatever they plug in next. The only cheap moment to make that true is first fix. We design and install the low-voltage layer so your electrician can get on with their own package.

How it runs on your programme

  • Design from your drawings — AP, camera, door-entry and data positions marked up per house type, with containment requirements issued to your electrician before first fix.
  • First fix — Cat6/Cat6a pulled to every position and back to a comms enclosure, alongside the sparky's runs, before plasterboard. We work to your programme, not ours.
  • Second fix & commissioning — faceplates, patching, testing and labelling at decoration stage; access points, CCTV and gateway commissioned before completion if the plot is sold with them.
  • Handover per plot — test results, as-built diagram and a plain-English pack the purchaser (or their own IT contractor) can pick up cold. A better spec sheet for your sales office, too.

Why bother, commercially

  • A differentiator that costs hundreds, not thousands — "wired for whole-home Wi-Fi and CCTV" is a line on the sales particulars that the volume builders down the road don't have.
  • No retrofit call-backs — the number-one post-completion tech complaint in a larger new-build is Wi-Fi that doesn't reach. Pre-wire kills it before it exists.
  • One number per house type — quoted from drawings, fixed, repeatable across every plot of that type. Re-quoted only if the drawings change.
Trade partners

We make you look good on your own jobs.

A lot of our work arrives through other trades. If technology keeps appearing on your projects and you'd rather hand it to someone who owns it end-to-end, this is the arrangement.

Builders & developers

Fixed per-plot pre-wire figures for your tenders, site security for your compounds, and an engineer who turns up when the programme says — first fix, second fix, commissioning.

Electricians

We design the low-voltage layer and hand you clear containment and first-fix drawings — pull the runs yourself and we terminate, test and commission, or we do the lot and stay out of your way.

Architects & designers

Connectivity, CCTV and smart-home provision specified properly at design stage — positions, containment and enclosures on the drawings before anyone's on site, without cloud lock-in for your client.

How the relationship works

Sub-contract to you or direct to your client, whichever suits the job. Your client stays yours — we don't market to them, and referrals flow both ways. One conversation to set it up.

Commercial credentials

The paperwork your procurement actually asks for.

RAMS on every job

Site-specific risk assessments and method statements, issued before we arrive. Public liability insurance in place — certificate available for your records on request.

DPIA, ICO & signage handled

For any site ANPR or workplace CCTV we draft the Data Protection Impact Assessment, supply compliant signage and document the retention policy as part of the package.

Military-grade discipline

Founded by a Royal Marines Information Systems veteran who built networks where failure wasn't an option. Tidy work, labelled runs, tested and documented — every time.

No key-person risk

Every install ships with as-built documentation, test results and a plain-English runbook. Any competent engineer could pick our work up cold — you're never locked to us.

Straight answers

What builders ask before working with us

Can you install site cameras for just the duration of the build?

Yes — that's the normal arrangement. We install at site set-up, you pay a fixed monthly price for the duration of the programme, and at the end we either decommission the kit or move it straight to your next site. Multi-site builders run the same system from compound to compound.

Do you work alongside our electrician and other trades?

All the time. On pre-wire jobs we issue first-fix drawings and containment requirements so your electrician can pull alongside their own runs if preferred, or we do the pull ourselves and stay out of their way. Either way we terminate, test and certify every run, and we fit around the build programme — first fix before plasterboard, second fix at decoration.

How does per-plot pricing work on a development?

We quote a fixed price per plot type from your drawings — one figure for each house type covering cabling, containment, comms enclosure, access points and any CCTV or door-entry pre-wire. The same figure then repeats across every plot of that type, so your QS can put a clean number in the cost plan without re-quoting each unit.

Who handles the ICO and DPIA paperwork for site ANPR?

We do, as part of the install package. Workplace CCTV with ANPR needs ICO registration, a Data Protection Impact Assessment, compliant signage and a retention policy. We draft the DPIA, supply the signage, and hand over a one-page record of what's recorded, for how long, and who can see it — ready for your H&S file.

What do we get at handover?

As-built documentation: labelled and tested cable runs, a network diagram, camera schedules, credentials, and a plain-English handover pack — per plot on developments. Nothing is locked to us; any competent engineer could pick the system up from the pack alone.

Can you provide RAMS and proof of insurance?

Yes. We produce site-specific risk assessments and method statements for every job, and we carry public liability insurance — certificates and RAMS are available for your records before we arrive on site. If your procurement process needs anything else, ask and we'll sort it.
