Intruder alarms that send you the picture.
Contacts, motion and glass-break sensors wired into the same dashboard as your cameras — so when the alarm fires you get a camera still with the notification and can tell a fox from a footprint before you call anyone.
Intruder alarms
Ring Alarm Pro for residential, commercial-grade panels for businesses. Wired into the same Home Assistant or UniFi dashboard your CCTV runs on, so events flow together.
- Door / window contacts, motion sensors, glass-break sensors.
- Auto-arm on leave — when the last phone leaves the geofence, the system arms itself.
- Notifications with snapshots — you get a camera still at the moment the alarm fires, so you know whether it's a fox or a foot.
- Cellular backup keeps it working even if the internet is down.
Why false alarms matter
An alarm that cries wolf gets switched off, and an alarm that is switched off protects nothing. Most of the work in a good install is in sensor placement and in pairing every trigger with a camera view, so the notification carries enough information to act on. That is also why we arm on geofence rather than on a keypad routine nobody keeps up — the system does the remembering.
Alongside the cameras, not instead of them
An alarm tells you something happened. A camera tells you what. Installed together on one dashboard they answer both questions in one place — see CCTV installation for how we design the camera side, and access control if entry credentials are part of the picture.
How a project comes together
Every install is quoted from a site visit. We walk the property, work out which openings and zones actually need covering, and write up a fixed-price proposal covering hardware, labour, cabling and timeline — no day rates, no scope creep.
